How my journey began
I was really struggling. I gained 20 pounds in 12 months. The more I tried to lose the weight the more weight I gained. Thankfully, that is when I found WILDFIT. I joined WILDFIT just hoping to lose the 20 pounds, but what I gained was far beyond my expectations!
By the end of my WILDFIT 90-Day Challenge, I was a completely different person physically, mentally and emotionally! I wasn’t expecting that! It feels so good to be free from those cravings that used to control me. Now I have so much more energy, confidence, increased self-esteem, and mental clarity! And best of all, I am happier than I have ever been! Suddenly, I was able to step out of my comfort zone and do things I had always wanted to do but just couldn’t get up the courage. After optimizing my nutrition, everything seemed possible! I didn’t realize how much food was affecting my mind and emotions. This was an amazing transformation.
I was so impacted by my WILDFIT experience that I become a Certified WILDFIT Coach. I was selected to be a Master Coach which is a position held by only 6 coaches in the history of WILDFIT at the time. I am so thankful to the leadership of WILDFIT for awarding me this amazing honor. I am also a Board Certified Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Practitioner, which enables me to help address the root causes of any client conditions using education, diet, and lifestyle modification. I use functional lab testing to identify hidden stressors potentially contributing to your unwanted symptoms.
I have found my passion, and I want everyone I meet to know what is possible when you change your relationship with food. Knowing I can help others improve their health and their life brings me such joy!
And lastly, I did lose those 20 pounds and I will keep them off forever!

WILDFIT helps with MS symptoms
I signed up with WILDFIT because I wanted to lose weight which I did, and I was very impressed with how it worked. But what I didn't know was how much it helped me with my health.
I was diagnosed with MS several years ago and have some nerve damage that causes me to be numb all the time which affects my mobility. I got slower in my running but never lost my mobility, and I was able to maintain it for the past 8 years with medication and exercise. My doctor always reminded me I have to eat lots of fruits and vegetables which helps with inflammation so I became a Vegetarian and thought I was eating healthy.
A couple of months after I finished my WILDFIT 90 Day Challenge, I noticed that I am not as numb as I used to be. I shared this with my neurologist, and she agreed that the WILDFIT lifestyle is key to fighting inflammation.
There are more benefits with WILDFIT. I have more energy and it helps my memory and helps a lot with my digestion which was a big issue for several years and I am off medication. Also, I had bad allergies since I was 18 and was on medication for allergies. I no longer need allergy medication. I am running better now too.
I am doing very well and I am loving my WILDFIT lifestyle. I am keeping my weight where I want and enjoying my life.

WILDFIT is a Lifestyle Change for Generations to Come
Nakoya is thankful for the lasting lifestyle change WILDFIT has given her and her family. She feels her dad would be alive today if he would have had access to a health program like WILDFIT. Nakoya wants to get the word out so more people have the opportunity to take charge of their health.
Life Change Thanks to WILDFIT
For the past several years I’ve struggled with weight loss and nutrition in general. Then I met Diane. It was a chance meeting during a walk that changed my life.
We started chatting and I told her I wanted to get healthy, not just lose weight but like really get my body on the right track. My dad is diabetic and I’m terrified of going down that path.
She mentioned WILDFIT to me and it sounded great! I discussed it with my husband to see if he’d be on board. He was; so we set out on a 90-day journey together, with Diane and a group of other like-minded people.
When we started, I weighed 168 lbs. I’m 5’7. I was wearing a size 31 in pants. The biggest I’ve ever been. I was very unhappy with myself, I had zero energy and bad mood swings. I was sick every other week with sinus issues. My face was constantly breaking out. As the program progressed, I slowly started to shed weight and notice that I was happier. Then I noticed that my sinuses were clearing up. My moods were improving and my skin was clear! Diane was always there to answer our questions and remind us to trust the journey. The group zooms were fantastic and I loved them. (I miss them now, a lot!)
When our 90 days were finished, I had lost 30 lbs. Thirty pounds!!
I’m now down to 136!! I lost two more pounds just living WILDFIT. I’m wearing a size 26 now! Five sizes smaller! It’s incredible! We have continued to live WILDFIT on our own since November and don’t ever plan on stopping. It’s been life-changing and I’m so thankful I met Diane that day!

WILDFIT for the Whole Family
Joining WILDFIT 90 Days Challenge was one of the best decisions we made as a family. We started out this journey not knowing what to expect and quite anxious about what and when we needed to give up our “unhealthy favorite foods”. Thanks to the WILDFIT program we learned that our minds are much stronger than expected, and we can accomplish changing our way of eating one step at a time. Giving up coffee, dairy, sugar, and bread were unheard of for me at the beginning but now, surprisingly, I don’t feel I miss much! J
This program helped me to learn how to replace new healthy nutrients for the unhealthy items in my diet one day at a time and the results for us have been so rewarding.
Our bodies and minds are in their best condition than ever before. We lost those extra pounds, gained clarity of mind, lowered our cholesterol, eliminated hot flashes (for me), experienced deep sleep, gained higher energy levels throughout the day, and improved our skin complexions by just incorporating healthy food into our daily diet and eliminating the unhealthy ones.
The group zoom meetings, group coaching with Diane, and Eric’s videos are the best support for participants to stay in the program and see it through to the finish line.
We definitely would not have achieved the same results if it was not for Diane’s awesome coaching expertise. She passed on her positive energy and motivation by providing us with awesome approved WILDFIT recipes, posting lots of related articles, and taking time to reach out to each of us individually to get us energized and motivated to continue the challenge and reach our personal goals.
